A 48-year-old Marysville man was taken into custody Wednesday on a warrant for several charges, including first-degree conspiracy to commit murder.

According to court records, police believe Mark Seung Chang and four others took part in a Sept. 15 incident in which an Anacortes man was kidnapped and threatened to be killed.
