Three Seahawks came up winners Wednesday at the 106th Skagit County Track and Field Championships in Mount Vernon.

Craig Jones won the pole vault with a school-record vault of 13 feet, 9 inches.

Nick Majeske, the defending Class 2A state champion, won the discus with a throw of 156-2.

Zak Roxborough was third in the 1,600 (4:43.6) and Peter Luciano was third in the long jump (19-9).

On the girls' side, Catherine Miles won the high jump (5-0). Emma Craft was second at 4-10.

The meet continues Friday at Mount Vernon High School.
