Anacortes and Lakewood waged a scoreless battle through two overtimes before the Cougars outscored the Seahawks 2-0 on penalty kicks Thursday in a Northwest 2A District play-in game here.
The loss ends Anacortes' season. The Seahawks finished 8-6-3.
