Mark V. McGlenn of La Conner, WA passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, February 7th, 2012 surrounded by his family and close friends.

Mark was born on May 30, 1951 in Sedro-Woolley to Ruth and Maurice McGlenn. He grew up in Concrete and Anacortes and graduated from Anacortes High School.

After high school, he spent the summer traveling cross country experiencing life around the U.S.

Music was Mark’s passion and many people in the Northwest remember him as a great Singer, Guitarist and Entertainer. He played in several bands throughout his life most recently with Guys Night Out and was best known for his hits, “Cow Patty” and “I lost my job in Mukilteo.”

He is survived by his son, Travis McGlenn, brothers Russ (Tricia) McGlenn & Mike (Chris) McGlenn and cousin Dick (Gloria) LaValle and his many friends.
