A 53-year-old Oak Harbor man was sentenced to nearly five years in prison for shooting a man at his Lunz Road residence near Campbell Lake. The assault was allegedly in defense of his teen stepsister.

Bobby Davis shot a South Fidalgo man late on the night of March 13, according to police reports. The man was treated for an injury that was not life-threatening.
