A registered Level 2 sex offender from Anacortes already facing charges pleaded not guilty to two additional charges after police found nude photos of a 14-year-old girl on his cell phone.
Conor Broderick, 29, pleaded not guilty to child porn possession and immoral communication with a minor recently in Skagit County Superior Court.
The results are in from the recent Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over DUI enforcement campaign conducted Nov. 21, 2012 through Jan. 1, 2013.
In Skagit and Island counties, 97 motorists were stopped and arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Statewide, law enforcement officers arrested 3,446 drivers for DUI.

A 59-year-old man with a felony history was arrested Monday night on a weapons charge after a domestic dispute, according to Anacortes police.
Officers responded to a reported domestic incident on 37th Street around 1:20 p.m. Monday. A 28-year-old woman told officers she and her father in-law argued because he was openly maintaining a medical marijuana grow operation in their home in front of his 8- and 9-year-old grandchildren, according to a press release.
