April 28, 1982: Freshly dunked — Coming out of the water at Fidalgo Pool, it takes Benjamin Starkhouse a little while to clear his eyes enough to open them. Benjamin is one of the many patrons of the pool who, according to pool officials, may not get to use the facility next year if the May 11 levy election fails.
