Close to 1,200 people paid to see a spectacular array of quilts at the 2012 Quilt Show ‘My Stars!’ put on by Fidalgo Island Quilters Friday and Saturday at Anacortes Middle School. Thank you for your coverage and support of this great event. I am not a quilter but was amazed by the talent on display at the quilt show. The event brought a lot of people into Anacortes. If you miss it this be sure to mark the next show on your Calendar.
